Just structured, fully coached sessions with like-minded women who want to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident.

Our sessions are specifically crafted to build your strength and resilience. We gradually introduce weight training—starting with bodyweight movements and progressing to dumbbells, kettlebells, and eventually barbells.
Here is what you can expect:
Small group strength & conditioning classes for women looking to learn how to lift weights.
It doesn’t matter if you have never picked up a weight before - we’ve got you!
Our classes run Monday to Friday at 10.30 am and 11.15 am.
These classes are like having a shared PT session. There are no more than 8 ladies in a class & each class is 45 minutes long.
We focus on strength!
Every strength piece is scalable so that we can swap barbells for dumbbells or even just bodyweight!
We end with a short conditioning piece, no longer than 10-15 mins long.
Your coach is on hand to guide you through each section of the class.
Women who lift weights live longer — and feel incredible doing it. But we know it’s not always easy to know where (or how) to start.
That’s why we created the Cyon Empower Summer Challenge, a 6-week small-group strength training programme designed just for women, guided by an expert female coach in a welcoming, supportive space. After your six-week challenge, you can join Empower as a member!
